The Civil Division of the Houston County Sheriff’s Office is comprised of Sworn Law Enforcement Deputies & Civilian Process Servers who operate under the Operations Bureau. It is led by Lt. Brock Cody.
The Sheriff is required to serve all judicial process in the manner prescribed by law.
